Marjorie Jane (Woodward) Stevens

Marjorie  Jane Stevens, 91, formerly of South Waverly, PA and Tioga Center, NY died at Elderwood at Waverly on March 31, 2019.Marjorie was born on March 13, 1928 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of Clifford and Charlotte Woodward.Marjorie was a kind, loving woman who loved her family, loved to sing in the Sayre United Methodist Church choir and sang in the chorus of many PTA variety shows.  She was an admitted “chocoholic” and made delicious pies and baked goods.  She was employed at various businesses and retired from the Robert Packer Hospital cafeteria.

Marjorie is survived by:Son and Daughter-in-law: William and Lorri Stevens,Son-in-law and Daughter-in-law: Jim and Kristy Hoag,Grandchildren: William Stevens and husband Christopher Wyble, Michelle Doherty and husband Kevin Doherty,and Dr. Bryan Hoag,Great Grandchildren:  Aiden, Emma and Leyna Doherty, Sister-In-Law and husband: Connie and Scott Bodine, Brother-In-Law and wife:  Donald and Norma Stevens,Sister-In-Law:  Florence (Cindy) Stevens, and Special Caregiver: Dawn Hammond and Several nieces and nephews

Marjorie was predeceased by : Husband: William P. Stevens, Sr., Daughter: Marjorie J. Hoag,Parents: Clifton and Charlotte Woodward , Sisters and Brother-In-Laws:  Lois and Al Zimmerman, Joyce and Guy Smith,Brother-In-Law: Richard Stevens, and Brother-In-Law and wife:  Charles and Phyllis Stevens
