Blaine Edward Woodruff, 83, of South Waverly, PA entered into the presence of the Lord on April 26, 2026. He was born
on March 19, 1943, the son of the late Edward and Betty (Carlin) Woodruff in Waverly, NY.

He graduated from Waverly High School with the Class of 1962. Shortly after, he enlisted in the United States Navy and
proudly served his country from 1963 until 1967.

On June 24, 1967, he married the love of his life, Dianna Clark. Together they shared 58 beautiful years of marriage.
He worked for 25 years at Ingersoll-Rand followed by 10 years with Verizon Phone Company. In his final working years
before retirement, he enjoyed his time at Guthrie Elderwood Assisted Living. He also served his community as a
member of the South Waverly Borough Council as well as volunteering with the South Waverly Volunteer Fire
Department.

In 1972, Blaine welcomed the Lord into his life. His raised his family in the Christian faith and found deep purpose and
strength through his relationship with Christ. He was longtime active member of the North Waverly Chapel, where he
faithfully served on the board for many years. He found strength and purpose in his faith serving his community. Later,
he worshipped with his church family at Chemung Christian Fellowship Church and most recently Encounter Church.

Blaine took great pride in his flower and vegetable gardens. He delighted in presenting his wife with beautiful bouquets
from his careful tending. He also found immense joy on the water fishing with his lovely wife, kids and grandchildren.
He treasured his moments with a pole in his hand catching fish even if just to catch and release. He could be found on
the water with his wife ashore or in the boat beside him with a pole in the water. He was thrilled to take his
grandchildren casting lines and creating lasting memories with his family.
