Kelly Patrick Hanafin

Kelly Patrick Hanafin, youngest son of Larry and Colleen (Hickey)
Hanafin and brother to Connor and Quinn Hanafin has gone to Heaven
on March 30, 2025, after giving us the most beautiful and indescribable
20 years we ever could have wished for.

Kelly’s family is thankful for Kelly because he showed us what true LOVE
and JOY was. He taught us that life’s greatest gifts are found in your
heart and soul.

We Want to thank the MANY caregivers, aides, bus drivers, nurses, and
teachers that Kelly has had throughout his life. We thank them for all
the love, care, and concern they showed to Kelly.
We also want to thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Guthrie
emergency and ICU departments. Their professionalism, care, and
concern help to make a devastating time less difficult.

Kelly is preceded by grandparents William J. Hickey, Joanne (
Rindfleisch) Hickey, Paul J. Hanafin, and Uncle Mark P. Hanafin.
Along with his parents and brothers, Kelly is survived by grandmothers
Sarah (Sally) Hickey, Marilyn Hanafin, Uncles Tim (Beth) Hickey, Tom
Hickey, Brian (Katie Turner) Hickey, Andrew (Vicky) Hickey, Michael
Hickey, Aunt Leslie (William Rodriguez) Hanafin, and many other aunts,
uncles, and cousins.

The visitation hours will be held at Thomas Cremation and Funeral
Services on Friday April 11 from 2-4pm. and Saturday April 12 from 11-1pm
with funeral services following at 1PM.Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

to SERVE, INC., 22 Chiola Ln, Monroeton, PA 18832 or Walk For Our
Buddies, PO Box 42, Wysox, PA 18854, two organizations that are very
dear to our hearts.
