Lewis E. Comstock

  Lewis Comstock passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day). He now joins his beloved wife (Janet) in eternal rest. Lewis worked at Thatcher Glass for 41 years. He also was a Proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

  Lewis is survived by his children: Lewis Sr. (Maureen) Comstock of Sayre, PA., Cheryl (Eric) Faust of Columbia Crossroads, PA., and William (Denise) Comstock of Sayre, Pa. Also, his sister Rose Miller of Horseheads, Ny. Lewis has many loving grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Also, a dear friend and neighbor, Grant Frisbie.

Preceded in death by his parents Harry and Eleanor Comstock of Elmira NY, (Son) Mark Comstock of Elmira NY, (Brother) Wilmont Comstock of Owego NY, (Brother) Raymond Shedden of Canton PA, (Sister) Marge Hicks of Elmira NY including several aunts and uncles.

Lewis had an amazing sense of humor along with his smile.

There will be no formal service. Please honor Lewis in your own way whether through a quiet moment of reflection or by performing an act of kindness in his name.
