Robert A. Beley

          Robert A. Beley, 73, formerly of Waverly, NY passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2024, at the Stueben Center in Bath NY.  He was born September 23, 1950, in Waverly to the late Anothy and Dorothy Flick Beley.

       He was a graduate of the Waverly high school in 1968.  After graduation he enlisted in the army, he was honorable discharged.

       He is survived by a sister Bonnie S Beley of Waverly, a brother-in-law Michael Richart of Waverly.  Special nieces Toni Richart of Waverly Jackie (Mike) Kohler of Waverly and Wendy Richart of Bath NY along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Along with many friends up at Steuben Center.  A special friend Dawn Rowland and her husband.

      Robert was predeceased by his parents, his sister Sharon Richart, a niece Judy Stedge Richart, his fiancé Nancy Brown and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
