Robert Keith Luther

Robert “Keith” Luther, passed away 29JUN2023 at the Robert Packard Hospital in Sayre PA with family
by his side. He lost a battle with cancer after suffering various other health ailments.

Keith was born in Binghamton NY on 13SEP1955 and adopted by Margaret and Robert D. Luther where
he grew up in the Valley and was a 1973 Athens’ High School graduate. He was well traveled and even
had a small claim to fame as an extra in the filming of a Hawaii Five-0 episode. He worked internationally
near London, England and met his eventual wife, Francine, in Paris, France. Keith had a strong passion
for the arts, travel, and world cultures- which was on full display when cooking in the kitchen. He earned
top honors as a salesperson and educator of haircare products for international companies Wella and
Framesi but is best known for his businesses in the Valley, Keith’s Hair Care (1981-1985) and Images Hair
Salon (1994-2010).

Keith is survived by his ex-wife Francine Luther; their children Jean-Louis and Eric Luther; and many
friends and extended family including his stepsiblings (from his birth mother, Rose) who he kept in touch
with up to the day of his passing.

Services will be held at the Epiphany church in Sayre PA on 15JUL2023 at 10:00 am. In-lieu of flowers
donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org).

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of The Thomas Cremation and Funeral Service, 1297 Elmira St., Sayre, Pa.
