Sandra H. (Rowe) Sullivan

Sandra Harlene Sullivan, age 83, of Waverly, NY was born on April 13, 1941, in Sayre, PA. She was the daughter of Harlan and Letha Rowe. As the sun was rising on a beautiful Autumn Day, October 5, 2024, Sandy passed into Eternity with her beloved daughter, Kelli by her side. Autumn was Sandy's favorite season. 

  Sandy graduated from Athens Area High School Class of 1959. She was a Majorette for the Bulldogs. Sandy worked for the Evening Times starting as a proofreader and held various positions working up to the Society Page editor. Later Sandy worked for Guthrie in the business office then retired as receptionist from the Human Resources Department.

  Sandy's greatest love was for her family. She cherished the time she spent picking up her grandchildren from school over the years. Sandy had a deep love for animals as well. Sandy had a knack for making every house they lived in a loving and beautiful home.

  Sandy is survived by her children Scott & Lisa Fraley of Sedona, AZ, Blair Fraley of Boulder, CO, Tyler & Shelley Fraley of S. Waverly, Pa, Kelli & Mark Morningstar of Athens, Lance & Doreen Fraley of Athens, PA. Her grandchildren Matt & Katrina Fraley of Raleigh, NC, Alex Fraley & Kierra Whaley of Athens, PA, Larz Fraley of Waverly, NY, Maki Fraley of Bloomsburg, PA and Meghan Fraley of Germany. Great-grandchildren Sparrow Fraley, Stella Fraley, Lijam Fraley & Wyatt Fraley. She is survived by her faithful feline companion Lilly.

  Sandy was predeceased by her parents, an infant son and infant granddaughter.

  Family will hold a private graveside service at their convenience.

  Memorials may be made to Bradford County Humane Society or a charity of one's choice.
