Tommy Turner Obituary

Tommy G. Turner, 60, of Rome, PA., passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024, at home, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.

Tommy was born on April 21,1963 in Chicago, IL., the son of the late Bernard Odelle Turner and Wanda Francess McClendon. Although he grew up in Plant City, FL., Tommy made Bradford County his home at an early age.

Tommy was a truck driver for most of his life, which included driving truck over the road and hauling water for the gas industry. In his prime days he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching Nascar  and WWE wrestling on the weekends with his kids.

Tommy was especially fond of his three children and enjoyed spending time with them. He was stubborn but had a heart of gold. His sister also held a very special place in his heart, and he often enjoyed talking to her for hours on the phone.

Tommy's Family included his three children; Caitlyn (Ocean) Turner, Alyssa (Sydney) Turner, and Devin (David) Turner of Rome, PA., his sister, Sandy (Ken)

Lariviere of Port Richey, FL., his brothers;Tim(Cindy) Turner and Rex Turner of Florida, the mother of his children, Doreen Fulton of Rome, PA., as well as her siblings (Lois/Mike Goodwin and Charlie/Carrie Fulton) and many others.

In addition to his parents, Tommy was predeceased by his wife, Nancy Jean Turner, his brother Kenny Turner, Special mother/father-in-law Shirley and Charles Fulton Sr.
